Living with the living

Living with the Living was a month-long exhibition held in Stratford, London, presented in partnership with Hypha Studios, who provided a fully accessible event space. Showcasing the work of over 20 designers, the exhibition explored the intersections of art, biology, and science through a lens of sustainability and ecological engagement. All installations were created using found, recycled, or repurposed materials.

The opening night was supported by CRATE Brewery and Karma Drinks, with proceeds helping to fund free, community-accessible exhibitions for the whole month. The curation envisioned the space as a series of intimate nooks and encounters, inviting visitors to imagine what it means to live with living systems—drawing inspiration from solarpunk aesthetics and principles of biodesign.

Living with the Living was awarded the Greenest Exhibition of the year award.
